Practice a Pep Talk

Waking up in the morning is one of the most dreadful things sometimes. Another day of hard times which make living completley stress free impossible. Why don't you try giving yourself a pep talk. "Today is going to be a good day, or I will try my best for today to be a good day. I know it may sound crazy but It really works!

Again every activity I explain on here I myself am doing. It's not like I share without doing.
